Installation Notes

According to the weather forecast from the China Meteorological Administration, assemble the mobile flood control wall before the flood season. The number of personnel can be adjusted according to the workload, typically requiring 2-4 people to complete.

1. After installing the intermediate columns, pour cement mortar, and cure for more than 72 hours before normal use.

2. Ensure the frame is securely fixed to the wall.

3. Perform waterproof treatment between the door frame and the wall according to the drawings.

4. Before installing the flood control wall, it must be inspected. If there is any surface damage or deformation due to transportation or storage mishandling, it should be repaired before installation.

5. Ensure smooth installation and removal of the barriers, and smooth tightening of screws.

6. After installation, test and commission its operation to ensure waterproof effectiveness and flexibility.
